Did you know Michael Moore got tax credits for his documentary that criticized capitalism?

Yes. He also charged for tickets to see his anti-capitalism bullshit.

rsc3033 | Jan 31, 2010
Good for him. He said that the Bush tax cut saved him tax money. Now he can make more films.

Ironic, huh?
The Man | Jan 31, 2010
Michael Moore is a big hypocrite…I wish he would just move to Cuba since he thinks they are so great!
Funlady | Jan 31, 2010
Good for him. Where else but in America.
Tim's Wife | Jan 31, 2010
yeah he also made a profit from that movie, very capitalistic if you ask me, it was a funny movie though, he obviously had never taken an ECON 101 class before

Corporate welfare.
Atheist Chuck | Jan 31, 2010
He bashes the same thing that made him rich. It’s expected since most liberals are hypocrites anyways.
COCHI LOCO | Jan 31, 2010
he also made money off the movie, LOL
sadcryingclowninironlung | Jan 31, 2010
Why would I be shocked,no one is a bigger fucking hypocrite than a Liberal. Just look at Al Bore, with his Private Plane Trips, massive Energy Hog Mansion, etc. All the while telling us we should be driving around in little Death Trap Cars, and living in 400 square foot homes to "protect the environment"
Or what about 0bama,talking about Fiscal Restraint, while throwing Trillions in a hole and throwing lavish parties at taxpayer expense.
The list of Liberal hypocritical BS literally goes on forever.

You have a capitalist that made a anti capitalism movie that criticized the very system that allowed him to become rich. Sounds to funny to be true.
67Bronco | Jan 31, 2010
He’s the biggest hypocrite around. I can’t wait until he has a major health problem and decides the USA hospitals ARE the best place to be, never mind that he said Cuba had the ideal health care system.
Ola | Jan 31, 2010
Typical liberal wouldn’t you say?
Italian Nurse | Jan 31, 2010
That’s because he’s a hypocritical doucebag. I bet he also made far more money off his crap films than he spent to produce him.
I bet his next documentary will be how the U.S. is secretly plotting to take over Haiti since we have a large military presence in that nation. F- Michael Moore and the horse he rode in on.
Paul | Jan 31, 2010
He’s capitalizing off a movie that slams capitalism. Makes sense doesn’t it?
Dan | Jan 31, 2010
It’s very common for states to pass out tax credits to movie makers who make the films in their state - Michigan, in this case. I’m quite certain the people of Michigan aren’t too upset because he provided some jobs for our people. By the way, your source (link) is whacked.
handyman | Jan 31, 2010
Is making movies and then charging to get in capitalism.. No that cannot be true or he would not do it.
